You get to the third round of the playoffs for the first time since 1993 thanks in large part to Yaroslav Halak, and you trade him away? Worse, you choose a goalie like Cary Price over him, despite Price underperforming and acting like a brat?

(They give the boilerplate "He's someone to build a franchise around." How many wasted years do they need until that's true?)
